Victoria

Victoria holds a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from George Mason University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Virginia. She is a Resident in Counseling in Virginia, working toward licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor, and brings prior experience supporting individuals in recovery from substance use. She also provides therapy at a local private practice alongside her operational role at McLean NTC.

Veronika

Veronika graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a BA in Sociology and a specialization in disability justice and healthcare access. She previously served as a Medication Management Administrator at a Northern Virginia mental health practice and brings three years of experience in the mental health field. Her focus is on removing barriers so that patients can access the care they need.

“Fighting through depression and mental illnesses is already difficult. If I can take any stress off the patient, I will do it in a heartbeat.”

Whitney

Whitney earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from George Mason University and is currently completing a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, working toward licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor. She brings clinical experience as a recovery counselor in a residential eating disorder treatment setting, where she supported individuals navigating complex emotional and co-occurring challenges. At McLean NTC, she integrates her clinical training with her marketing role to ensure that patient communications feel grounded, clear, and genuinely supportive.

Marjorie

Marjorie holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Virginia Tech and intends to continue her graduate education in the mental health field. Before joining McLean NTC, she worked as a TMS technician in a clinical setting, where she developed a strong foundation in neuromodulation and became a committed advocate for interventional treatments for depression. She brings hands-on experience supporting patients through TMS and a genuine dedication to helping people reclaim their wellbeing.

Michaella

Michaella is completing her BA in psychology and brings over five years of healthcare experience, including work as a phlebotomist and laboratory technician in inpatient and outpatient settings. Her background in clinical healthcare informs her patient-centered approach at McLean NTC, where she provides empathetic support to patients throughout their treatment.

Savannah

Savannah graduated from the University of Virginia with a double major in English and Media Studies and previously worked as a Marketing Coordinator for the Body Language Institute. At McLean NTC, she contributes to both patient-facing care and the clinic’s communications. Her top priority in all settings is creating a warm and welcoming environment for every patient who comes through the door.

Mason

Mason graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and is pursuing further graduate education in the mental health field. Before joining McLean NTC, he worked as an ABA technician supporting children on the autism spectrum and providing mental health care to children and their families. He brings a data-informed approach to tracking patient outcomes and supporting clinical operations.

Lauren

Lauren has spent the past five years working in mental healthcare across settings that include adolescent behavioral health, adult mental health, and substance use treatment. She brings a broad clinical perspective to her role as a psychiatric technician at McLean NTC.

Marina holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from George Mason University and is currently pursuing a master’s in social work at Virginia Commonwealth University. She previously volunteered at a clinical research center, where she developed her passion for supporting individuals on their path to wellness. She brings care, curiosity, and a research-informed perspective to her work with patients.

Brooke

Brooke earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Maryland and plans to pursue a doctorate in clinical psychology. She first joined McLean NTC as a volunteer, developing skills across both clinical and administrative functions, before joining the team full time. She is dedicated to ensuring that every patient’s experience at the clinic is thoughtful, organized, and genuinely supportive.

Jennifer

Jennifer earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and is currently pursuing a master’s in clinical psychological science at the University of Maryland. Before joining McLean NTC, she worked as a middle school teacher supporting students with significant mental health needs, giving her a broad perspective on how mental illness affects people across the lifespan. She is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-informed care.

Noor is completing her bachelor’s degree in psychology at George Mason University, concentrating in clinical and organizational psychology, and is passionate about pursuing graduate studies in clinical psychology. Before joining McLean NTC, she gained hands-on experience working with children, families, and adults in community-based, educational, and clinical settings. She brings empathy, curiosity, and a commitment to evidence-informed care to her work with patients.

Joe Morales

Joe brings nearly a decade of experience in psychiatry clinic management, with a specialization in financial operations and practice optimization. At McLean NTC, he works to ensure that the billing and insurance process is transparent, accurate, and as low-stress as possible for patients.

“My goal is to manage the financial health of the clinic so our providers can focus 100% of their energy on the patient’s healing journey.”

Clinton Morales

Clinton brings extensive expertise in mental health administration and insurance systems, with nearly a decade of experience in psychiatric billing and revenue management. At McLean NTC, he specializes in navigating the complexities of insurance authorization, working to make the path to treatment as clear and straightforward as possible for patients.

Caroline

Caroline earned her Bachelor of Science from the College of William and Mary with a double major in Neuroscience and English and plans to pursue a PhD in Clinical Psychology. Before joining McLean NTC, she worked as a behavioral health technician at a drug detoxification center, supporting individuals navigating co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges. That experience deepened her understanding of how mental health struggles can affect every area of a person’s life and shaped her commitment to bringing empathy and connection to every patient interaction.

Callie is a healthcare professional with over seven years of experience in patient care and coordination. Before joining McLean NTC, she worked closely with patients undergoing Spravato treatment, guiding them through the treatment process, coordinating scheduling, and fostering a supportive care experience. She is passionate about helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and genuinely supported throughout their time in treatment.
