Victoria
Director of Operations
Victoria holds a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from George Mason University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Virginia. She is licensed as a Resident-in-Counseling for the state of Virginia and is working toward credentialing as a Licensed Professional Counselor for the state of Virginia. In addition to working at McLean NTC, she is conducting individual therapy at a local private practice and has previously worked as a wellness associate providing support to individuals recovering from substance use. “I find comfort in knowing that regardless of our trials and tribulations, we can find a path to healing.” When she is not working, Victoria enjoys sports, spending time with family & friends, and trying new restaurants.
Veronika
Office Manager
Veronika graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a BA in Sociology and Women, Gender, and Sexualities and has been working in the mental health field for three years. In school, she specialized in disability justice and removing barriers in the healthcare field. Prior to working at MNTC, she was a Medication Management Administrator for a Northern Virginia mental health practice. From her studies to her field experience, she hopes to continue to help patients get access to care. “Fighting through depression and mental illnesses is already difficult. If I can take any stress off the patient like insurance or lending them an ear, I will do it in a heartbeat.” When Veronika is not at work, she enjoys bouldering, golfing, walking her two Pomeranians, and singing at karaoke.
WHITNEY
Director of Marketing
Whitney earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from George Mason University and is currently advancing her clinical training through George Mason’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling master’s program as she works toward licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor. She brings a strong clinical foundation shaped by her work as a recovery counselor in a residential eating disorder treatment setting, where she supported individuals navigating complex emotional, behavioral, and co-occurring challenges. At McLean NTC, Whitney integrates her clinical insight and trauma-informed training to create an environment for patients that feels safe, collaborative, and deeply grounding. She is committed to helping patients feel genuinely seen and supported as they navigate their path of healing. “It’s an honor to walk beside each patient on their path toward healing, clarity, and growth.” Outside of her clinical work, Whitney stays grounded by hiking, reading, spending time in nature, and enjoying quality time with close friends.
Marjorie
Director of Patient Communications / Psychiatric Technician
Marjorie holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Virginia Tech and intends to continue her graduate education in the mental health field. Before joining McLean NTC, she worked as a TMS technician in a clinical setting, where she developed a strong foundation in neuromodulation and became a passionate advocate for TMS as a powerful treatment option for depression. Her hands-on experience supporting patients fuels her commitment to helping individuals navigate their depression, reclaim their strength, and rediscover hope. “I’ve seen so many people respond remarkably well to these alternative treatments; healing is truly possible.” Marjorie is dedicated to walking alongside patients as they begin their journey toward improved well-being, self-care, and renewed optimism. Outside of work, Marjorie enjoys exercising, reading, and spending quality time with her cat and loved ones.
MICHAELLA
Psychiatric Technician
Michaella is currently completing her BA in psychology and has been working in healthcare for over five years. Prior to joining MNTC, Michaella worked as a phlebotomist and laboratory technician, gaining experience in inpatient and outpatient settings. Her passion for the mental health field fuels her dedication to providing genuine and empathetic support to individuals. “I’m so grateful to be a part of each patient’s journey towards healing, and I’m inspired by their dedication and progress every day.” Outside of work, Michaella enjoys spending quality time with friends, painting, watching movies, and taking scenic walks.
Savannah
Social Media Coordinator/Psychiatric Technician
Savannah graduated from the University of Virginia with a double major in English and Media Studies. Her top priority in and out of work is fostering a warm and welcoming environment. “I have personally seen how depression can dramatically impact someone’s life, and it’s a joy to work in an environment that understands that and strives to help.” Before joining Mclean NTC, she worked as a Marketing Coordinator for the Body Language Institute. Savannah is thrilled to be joining such a compassionate and kind staff. Outside of work, Savannah enjoys writing comedy, going on walks (on the treadmill because then there are no bugs), and spending time with family.
Mason
Director of Clinical Data Analytics/Psychiatric Technician
Mason graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a bachelor’s in psychology and is taking steps to further his higher education in the mental health field. Before joining Mclean NTC, Mason worked as an ABA technician assisting children on the autism spectrum and providing mental health care to children as well as their parents. “Being able to help people with the knowledge and skills I’ve gained through work and school is a privilege that I’m very grateful for”. Outside of work, Mason enjoys playing guitar/violin, reading, skiing, and watching the Washington Commanders football team.
Lauren
Psychiatric Technician/ Aesthetics & Visual Design Lead
Lauren has spent the last 5 years working in mental healthcare, serving patients ranging from adolescence to adulthood. Before joining Mclean NTC, she worked in residential treatment settings addressing adolescent behavioral health, adult mental health, and substance abuse. “I feel honored to work in a field where I am able to witness individuals creating meaningful change in their lives and be a part of helping them achieve their goals.” When she is not working, Lauren enjoys jewelry-making, ceramics and sculpture, strolling art museums, and spending time with loved ones.

Marina holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from George Mason University and is currently pursuing her master’s in social work at Virginia Commonwealth University. Brooke
Director of Patient Care & Experience/ Psychiatric Technician
Brooke earned her bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland. She plans on continuing her higher education and pursuing graduate school to earn a doctorate of psychology in clinical psychology. Brooke first joined Mclean NTC as a volunteer where she learned valuable skills both in clinical and administration work. Later, she joined our team as a full time member. “I have loved working here and have learned so much and met so many wonderful people. It has solidified my goals to continue working in the mental health field.” When Brooke is not working, she enjoys playing video games, crocheting, and spending time with her two dogs.
Jennifer
Psychiatric Technician / Clinical Knowledge and Systems Steward
Jennifer earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and is currently pursuing her master’s in clinical psychological science at the University of Maryland. Before joining McLean NTC, she worked as a middle school teacher supporting students with significant mental health needs. Jennifer brings with her a breadth of prior experience working with people of all age groups, and she is passionate about providing compassionate care to those experiencing mental health challenges. “I am dedicated to walking alongside individuals as they navigate their mental health journey, offering support grounded in compassion and evidence-based practice.” Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys painting, exploring new hiking trails, and cheering on the Baltimore Orioles and the Washington Commanders.
JOE MORALES
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Joe brings nearly a decade of experience in psychiatry clinic management, specializing in financial operations, strategic planning, and practice optimization. At McLean NTC, he ensures the clinic’s financial health and operational stability, providing the foundation that allows providers to focus fully on delivering exceptional patient care. Having managed psychiatric practices alongside Clinton for many years, Joe combines deep industry knowledge with a commitment to integrity, transparency, and sustainable growth. “My goal is to manage the financial health of the clinic so our providers can focus 100% of their energy on the patient’s healing journey.” Outside of work, Joe enjoys camping, traveling, spending quality time with his family, and sewing to create custom pieces that reflect his creativity and attention to detail.
CLINTON MORALES
DIRECTOR OF REVENUE CYCLE
Clinton brings extensive expertise in mental health administration and revenue management to McLean NTC. He specializes in navigating the complexities of psychiatric billing and insurance systems, working to seamlessly bridge operational processes with patient care. Alongside Joe, Clinton has spent nearly a decade optimizing the financial lifecycle of psychiatric practices, helping to ensure a streamlined, transparent, and low-stress experience for patients. “I take pride in removing the ‘insurance headache’ from the equation, making the path to treatment as clear and straightforward as possible for everyone we serve.” Outside of work, Clinton enjoys traveling, gardening, and camping. He also practices apothecary, spends time with his family, and enjoys caring for his fur babies.
Noor
Psychiatric Technician
Noor is completing her bachelor’s degree in psychology at George Mason University, where she concentrates in both clinical and workplace/organizational psychology. She is passionate about pursuing graduate studies in clinical psychology and hopes to support individuals throughout their mental health journey. Before joining McLean NTC, Noor gained hands-on experience working with children, families, and adults in community-based, educational, and clinical settings. She looks forward to bringing empathy, curiosity, and evidence-informed care to her work with patients. “I feel grateful to be part of a field that allows me to learn continuously while supporting people through meaningful moments in their lives. I love seeing people get better and being someone they can come to with whatever they’re facing.” Outside of work, Noor enjoys baking, going to the gym, and quiet evenings with her family.

Caroline earned her Bachelor of Science from the College of William & Mary, completing a double major in Neuroscience and English, and she plans to continue her higher education by pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology. Prior to joining McLean NTC, she worked as a behavioral health technician at a drug detoxification center, supporting individuals navigating co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges. This experience deepened Caroline’s understanding of how mental health struggles can impact every aspect of a person’s life and inspired her passion for the field. She strives to bring empathy, connection, and compassion to her work, and looks forward to supporting patients throughout their care journey. Outside of work, Caroline enjoys reading, staying active, and spending time outdoors with her husky.
Callie
Patient Advocate
Callie is a healthcare professional with over seven years of experience in patient care and coordination. Throughout her career, she has remained deeply committed to supporting patients through every stage of their treatment journey, bringing compassion, professionalism, and dedication to her work at McLean NTC. Prior to joining McLean NTC, Callie worked closely with patients undergoing Spravato treatment, helping guide them through the treatment process, coordinating scheduling, and fostering a supportive and seamless care experience. She is passionate about helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and genuinely supported throughout their time in treatment.
Outside of work, Callie enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and paddle boarding with her dog, Koda.
